Ingredients
  • 8 oz Taffer’s Browned Butter Bourbon
  • 2 cups Raw Sugar
  • 1.5 cups Heavy Cream

Directions
  • In a bowl combine Taffer’s Browned Butter Bourbon and heavy cream and set aside.
  • In a copper or stainless pot, using a silicone or wooden spoon stir sugar until it melts and turns golden brown.
  • Carefully, mix in the cream to your desired caramel consistency.
  • Continue to mix and it will combine.
  • To harden, cool it down and store.
