A luscious cocktail that marries the natural sweetness of honey with the warm, aromatic embrace of cloves.

Ingredients
  • 2 oz Taffer's Browned Butter Bourbon
  • 0.75 oz Lemon Juice
  • 0.75 oz Honey-Clove Syrup (1 part honey, 1 part warm water, 1 dash ground clove spice)
Preparation
  • Create your Honey-Clove Syrup by combining honey, warm water, and ground clove spice
  • Combine all ingredients in mixing glass or tin with ice
  • Shake until well chilled
  • Strain into cocktail glass with crushed ice and garnish
