Effervescent and warm. This zesty cocktail is bright and velvety from start to finish.

Ingredients
  • 2 oz Taffer's Browned Butter Bourbon
  • 0.75 oz Lemon Juice
  • 0.75 oz Orgeat Syrup
  • 2 Dashes Orange Bitters
  • 0.75 Egg Yolk* (optional)
  • Fill with Club Soda
Preparation
  • Combine ingredients in a mixing glass or tin with ice (except soda)
  • Shake until well chilled
  • Strain into glassware with ice
  • Fill with club soda
  • Garnish and serve
