PEACH MINT JULEP

Let’s get down and derby. Inspired by the classic cocktail, our peach mint julep will have you feeling lucky. You can bet on it.

Ingredients
  • 1.5 oz Taffer's Browned Butter Bourbon
  • 4 oz Ginger Beer
  • 0.75 oz Ginger Simple Syrup
  • 0.5 oz Lemon Juice
  • 3 x ½” thick Peach Slices
  • Fresh Mint
Preparation
  • Add mint, lemon juice and ginger simple syrup to serving glass and muddle
  • Add Taffer’s Browned Butter Bourbon
  • Add crushed ice and top with ginger beer
  • Slice peaches into 3 ½” thick slices
  • Garnish with mint and peach slices
