OUR STORY
FROM THE KITCHEN, TO THE BAR.

It started the way a lot of things do — in the kitchen, after the shift. Place was still warm. Bar was still open. Someone said, “Let’s make a round.”
We took an Old Fashioned and worked in browned butter, something cooks have been doing since forever. Just wanted to see if it tasted better.
It did.
People started ordering it. Then other people ordered it. By the end of the week, it was the drink everyone was calling for.
Problem was, it took too long to make. Hard to keep up once the bar filled up. One of those good problems, I suppose.
So we figured out how to make it the same way every time. That’s Taffer’s browned butter bourbon. Now you can make it at your place.
JON TAFFER

BOURBON, BUT BETTER.
Browned butter draws out the natural toffee and vanilla notes in our bourbon.
YOU ALREADY KNOW HOW TO DRINK IT.
Bottled at 40%, it drinks like a whiskey, not a liqueur. Make a Taffer’s Old Fashioned, or have it however you drink your whiskey.
