TAFFER'S CRANBERRY CHUTNEY

Fresh and savory chutney perfect as a meal addition

Ingredients

  • 8 oz Taffer's Browned Butter Bourbon

  • 1-2 Sweet Red Onions

  • 1 Shallot

  • 1 dash Destemmed Thyme

  • 4 oz Cranberries

  • 1.5 cups of White Sugar

  • 1 tbsp Chopped Garlic

  • Olive Oil

Preparation

  • Lightly oil frying pan and preheat

  • Thinly slice the onions and shallots into a bowl

  • Add the fresh thyme and chopped garlic

  • Place all ingredients into the frying pan and begin to sweat until the onions are translucent

  • Add sugar until caramelized

  • Add cranberries

  • Add Taffer's Browned Butter Bourbon and burn off the alcohol

  • Reduce and serve
